For Time w/ a Partner:
3 rounds:
50 BB back rack step ups
50 OH KBS
50 BB C&J
50 pullups
50 BB front squats
400m run
***cashout: 100 bar facing burpees

Workout Notes: Today’s workout is 3 rounds for time in teams of 2. Split the reps however you want, one person working and one resting. The end of each round is a 400m run which will be done together. After the 3 rounds and your final run, you will cashout with 100 bar facing burpees between you and your partner. Get as far as possible in 40 minutes- have fun!
