Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a long chipper! Every 5 minutes (starting @5:00, NOT at 0:00), you will run 300m and then return to wherever you were, and continue working. Take short breaks as you need. You may choose to run at a slower pace and use it as recovery. Pace yourself and just chip away at those reps. Quick singles for cleans and clusters if needed. Have fun!
