70 burpees
60 pullups
50 cal bike or 70 cal row
60 pullups
70 burpees

100 wallballs

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s partner workout can be divided however you choose. Share the reps, and keep the sets small enough that you are not failing or needing to both rest. Try to always have someone working. Communicate with your partner, and count up as you go. Have fun!
