Workout Notes/Intentions: Split the work however you like between you and your partner. Weight for the hang C&J’s should be lighter than the lunges. Change your own weight between workouts. You can have your own equipment, just communicate with your partner. After the each round (100’s, 75’s, etc.) you will run 300m together, for a total of 8 runs in the entire workout. You can stick with your partner or run separate, but if one partner is quicker, they must wait until their partner is in from the run to begin working on reps. Warmup will be short so you can have the remainder of class time to get as far as possible in this one. Have fun!
