Today is a two-part workout. Used part a to warm up and build to a good working weight for part B.    

For part B one person is working and completes all three bar, muscle ups or variation before person to start their power cleans. Once person to complete the power cleans person, one will start and finish the front squats before person to does their toes to bar. Continue with this format for the 25 minute AMRAP.
