Saturday 6-15-24 Workout Of The Day

GYM NEWS:
Happy Saturday everyone! Today kicks off BYOB week here at Starke. If you want to share some lifting and sweat and gains with a friend, get them to sign up for a free week here at Starke. They can join you for a class or come on their own if your schedules don’t work (but lifting with a friend is always better).

The workouts this week won’t be extremely technical but will be fun and demanding for all levels.

In Teams Of Two…
On a 35 minute clock…
“Hot N’ Happy”

10 Rounds (alternating working partners)*
10 DB Snatches 35/50# +/-  & 150m run

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP the following till the bell goes
10 Wall Balls
10 Box Jumps
10 Push Ups
10 Up Downs (burpee no push up)
8/10 Kcal ECHO

Part one, person one does one full round then partner two does one full round for a total of 10 rounds. (snatches can be alternating or 5&5)

Part two alternate exercises as you work through the AMRAP till you hit the 35 minute mark. Pick challenging weights and keep the intensity high and transitions FAST!!!
