8-10 Single leg box jump (4-5/side)*
5-6 Deficit back lunges / leg
30 Alt shoulder taps

todays workout is a Sunday slow grinder on a 75 second clock. Find weights and variations that will challenge you appropriately.

*For the single leg box jump choose a lower box, start with one leg on the ground as your driving leg. Push off and explode with your driving leg and land on the box with 2 feet. You can alternate from one leg to the other between reps. if boxes are too high stack up 45 pound plates to your desired jump height.
