Workout Notes: We have 3 7 minute AMRAP’s today, with 3 minutes of rest between each. Reps should be quick and unbroken if possible. You can mix the order of the AMRAP’s to allow for space. Quick transitions are key. No prescribed weight, pick dumbbells that allow you to go unbroken and take minimal rest.
