8-10 KB Split Stance Deadlift /leg
1 Sled Push + 1 Sled Pull (uprights not w. rope)

*Row R. + row L. + dbl. bell clean + strict press + 1 rep for the Gorilla Press complex. Your limiter on this exercise will be your press. Keep the reps lower if you want to go a little heavier on it.
