Core work (coaches choice)
Today’s workout are some simple strength movements combined with a tempo. The weights will need to be a little lighter than what you would do without a tempo as you’ll be under tension for a longer period of time. Each rep will be approximately 6 seconds so eight reps will be around 48ish seconds.
Coach Kraus will kill the core to finish things off 🙂
