1 Sled Push & 1 Sled Pull

10-12 DB Chest Press

8 Ring Rows @ 31×1

6-8 Dbl. KB Clean & Press*

60 sec spin on ECHO (yes, just a spin)

*Dbl. KB clean and press should be from the ground. Make sure the press is a strict press and not a push press or jerk. Weight should be on the “lighter” side.

Today’s workout is a little lower key after the volume we’ve had this week. If you’ve trained a lot this week go a little lighter and just move or if you’ve had some time off, go by feel and challenge yourself with the appropriate intensity.
