Max Push Ups till failure
4-6 Peg Board Up downs
Max Chin Ups till failure
10 Double Bell Front Squats
2 x Heavy Sled Push
50 Flutter Kicks
20 DB Up and overs
For todays workout, the goal is to challenge yourself in the first movement and burn out in the second before taking some rest and going on to the next couplet. It should be heavy, it should be challenging and it should be FUN!!! 🙂
