In Teams Of Three…
Circuit – 35
“Conga Line”
5 Pull Ups
6 DB Chest Press
7 Goblet Squats
8 Push Press
9 Push Ups
10 Heavy Swings

Today’s Grinder is in teams of three. Only one person will be working at a time for this workout. Person one, then two then tree will complete the pull ups before person on begins the chest press. Follow this structure for all the exercise and try and get through the circuit as many times as possible before the time cap. Team up with people using the same weights and variations if possible to limit the amount of weights being used in each group.
