50 Box Jumps 20/24”
50 Floor Wipers (both sides = 1 Rep)
50 Alternating KB Clean & Press (25/arm & Kettlebell must touch the ground between every rep) 35/50# 30/40# 20/30# +/-
25 Strict Pull-Ups
Here we go everyone. Today we’re hitting the 300 workout which was used to train the cast of the movie “300” This is a grinder of a workout and if you have a weight vest, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to throw it on 🙂
