Burpees over the rower
Today we continue to build in our deadlift cycle. Part A. is to prime and prep your deadlifts and build to your starting weight for part B. Perform these reps as touch and go for all sets.
Part C. is a descending ladder of calories on the rower and burpees over the rower. Perform quick transitions and try to move quicker as the rounds get shorter.
