A. Front Squats

Workout Notes: Building on last week, we are doing 5 sets of 2 reps from the rack. Sit down and rest between efforts.

Part B is a short, high intensity metcon. You will work for 1 minute and rest for 1 minute, for a total of 5 rounds. The buy-in each round is 10 barbell thrusters, then you will hop on an ECHO bike and max out cals until your 1 minute is up. Record your cals every round. Aim for consistency- last round best round!
