Workout Notes: Today is a long workout, you can choose to tackle it solo and get as far as you can in 40 minutes, or share the work with a partner! If sharing the work, both partners can run, then split all the reps however you wish. Use a light barbell weight so you can hit bigger sets. Have fun!
