40/50 Kcal Row + Max box over burpees in remaining time.
Today is a bit of a test day with our dead lift cycle. Aim to start your set a five at around 75% of your one rep max your set of three should be around 85% of your one rep max and your singles should be around 95% territory plus or minus depending on how you’re feeling. Part B is a short AMRAP with a 40 and 50 cal row buy in. With whatever time you have left on the clock perform as many box over Burpee’s as you can before the clock strikes five minutes.
