Once upon a time I planned a workout and accidentally put a 500 cal row in it (it was supposed to be 50kcal) At that time it was a typo and members were upset that they didn’t get a chance to do a 500 cal row. To make people happy, I created a work out with a 500 cal row in it. This workout has only been done once at Starke 1.0 and was done as a solo workout. Today, you’ll have a chance to build to a body weight back squat +/- then perform it with a partner. Trade off as you wish on the row and pace accordingly. This is a long one!
