16/20 Kcal ECHO
20 AbMat Sit-ups
2 Rope Climbs (15′), 2 grounded rope climbs or 8-10 Chin ups

Today’s workout is a longer chipper. Modify rope climbs to the “heels planted” (grounded) version if you won’t be getting off the ground. These are still very challenging when done correctly.
