400 Meter Run
6 Strict Pull-ups
400 Meter Run
15 Push-ups

Run modifications & Alternatives
Reduce Distance to 300m (4 lengths of parking lot)
450/500m Row
280/320m Ski
900/1000m C2 Bike

Today’s workout is a great conditioning piece with a few strict pull ups and push ups thrown in. The 400m run is from the garage door to the East side of the Gateway Church driveway (still on Kapelus). If you can’t run use the above alternatives or shorten the distance for the run to make it happen.
