GYM NEWS: Exciting news everyone!!! Saturday June 26th, we’re able to reopen with 25% capacity indoors. We’re pretty pumped about this and we hope you are as well.
An email will be going out by the end of tomorrow with equipment return details for Friday and Saturday as we replenish our toys and get ready for classes to start up again, in person on Monday…

20 Alternating Rounds with a partner

Tomorrows workout will be done out on the front lawn. We’ll have multiple “groups of four” spread out and perform this workout socially distanced with a partner. If you want to sign up and there’s a waiting list, jump on it and we’ll bump you in. Participants can use a Barbell, Dumbbells or Kettlebells for weights and burpees will be done on the spot. The goal for this workout is to BE FAST!!! Hit your ten thrusters, drop right into your burpees then hit your run, One person works while the other rests so GO HARD during your work period. Partners can share equipment and wipe it down between use while their partner is on the run. Don’t worry, you’ll both feel like Hot Shotz when you’re done this workout.
