Workout Notes/Intentions: you will be working with a partner to chip away and get through as much of this work as you can! Split the reps however you see fit. Some movements you can do bigger sets, others you may want to stick to lower reps. Don’t go to failure on any sets because you have lots of work to do. You will get as far as possible in 40 mins, have fun!
