10 BB C&J
10 Ring Dips
10 BB Front Squats
10 Burpee Box Jumps
10 BB Alternating Front Rack Lunges
10/14 Kcal ECHO

You’re on your own in today’s workout. Nobody to come and save you but you 🙂 The reps are lower and movements aren’t too high skill with the weights being medium you should be able to do a minimum of 5 TNG clean & Jerks. All other BB movements should be unbroken.
