Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A, the goal is to go up in weight each set as the reps decrease. Add weight to the pull-ups if possible. Rest as needed between sets. 

For Part B, the DB hang C&J’s are 20 total; 10 per side. You can switch however you choose; aim to not put the DB down until you are done all 20 reps. Pace the box jumps. You will finish with cals on a machine. You will likely get around 1 minute. Those last 20 seconds should be a very hard effort. Score each round is total cals.
