Build to a challenging three TNG (touch & go) deadlift.

B. 3:00 on / 1:30 off x 5
3 burpee box jumps @20/24″
6 deadlifts @125/185#

Workout Notes/Intentions:  For part A. work on proper movement and mechanics along with building to a heavier TNG deadlift then you’d use in part B.  For part B you will pick up where you leave off each round. Record your score at the end of 5 sets, or as you go if you aren’t great at remembering 🙂
