Today we get to celebrate Coach Ali’s birthday with a 40 minute partner AMRAP (just be happy she didn’t request a 40 minute solo AMRAP). Partner up and show Ali some love by participating in today’s workout. Choose weights you can move consistently with and don’t forget every time you transition from one working partner to another, perform three synchro burpee’s before carrying on 🙂
