Today we’ll use part A to build to 85% of your 1 RM Deadlift for part B. Part B is one shot of touch and go deadlifts at 85% of your 1 RM.
In part B you’ll chip away at a 15 minute AMRAP. Pick a weight you can perform touch and go deadlifts with under fatigue for all three reps. Your dips should be completed in one set and your box jumps consistent.
