In Part A and B we’ll be strict pressing again. Take time in part A  to build to your 85% for part B. You’ll have 5 minutes to perform one set of max repetitions in Part B. This should be at a slightly heavier weight than you used last week.

Part B is for time. Use the rep scheme above for your Thrusters and DB Burpees and finish off each round with a 400/500m row.
