E:90 – 16 (24 minutes)
Odd: 6-8 Bench Press
Even: 8-10 Bent over BB Row

B.
:30 work :20 rest for 15 rounds (five full rounds in 12.5 minutes)
1. Dbl. DB Bicep Curl
2. Banded tricep press downs
3. Bicycle (core)

Part A. will give you some extra time on a 90 second clock to go a little heavier. Push some heavier weights for your bench and your bent over rows and enjoy the additional rest 🙂

Part B. Is a little pump sesh for the upper body and core. Choose weights and variations you can use and keep working for 30 seconds straightÂ
