Workout Notes: Todays workout is 5 rounds. You will perform max reps of each movement for 1 minute. There is no transition time so efficient transitions is key. Equipment will be set up so you can progress in a linear fashion and step forward to the next movement. Count total reps for your round- just keep counting up at each station. You get 2 minutes of rest after each round.
