Workout Notes: Today we have 3 AMRAPs- the first is 15 minutes, then 10 minutes and finally a 5 minute to finish. Each has 5 minutes of rest between. Use the same barbell for all AMRAPs. Pick a light weight so you can do most movements unbroken or with 1 break. Record rounds and reps for each portion.
