Workout Notes: Today’s workout is a longer conditioning piece. Work for 1 minute accumulating max reps of each movement. There is no transition between movements so set up equipment such that you can step up to your next exercise with minimal time wasted. Use the same single DB for all movements. Count your reps for the entire round. Rest 2 minutes after each round and record reps for each round. Try to be consistent!
