Part A. Is a clean complex. You’ll have a chance to build to a a challenging starting weight and continue building through your rounds.

Part B is quick n’ dirty. Hang squat cleans and ECHO bike cals. Push the pace and feel the burn. Choose a weight you can perform your round of 21 in one or two sets, your round of 15 in one or two sets, and your round of nine unbroken.
