Friday 2-17-23 Workout Of The Day

Happy Friday! For the next three weeks we’ll be attacking the CrossFit Open workouts on Friday’s ALL DAY so members get a chance to hit the workouts. If you’re signed up for the open and need to get judged, we’ll be doing judged open workouts on Saturday’s at 11am -1pm-ish Come in at 11, start moving and warming up and we’ll plan heats. If you need to leave earlier make sure to be there earlier.

Also, if you’re getting Judged Saturday, we would suggest hitting the workout on Friday as a “test run of the workout at a modified load, duration and intensity and use this time for skill and practice. DO NOT hit the workout with full intensity un-judged and not recorded.

RX VERSION:

Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
60-calorie row
50 toes-to-bars
40 wall-ball shots
30 cleans
20 muscle-ups

14-lb ball to 9-ft target, 95-lb cleans
20-lb ball to 10-ft target, 135-lb cleans 

SCALED VERSION:

Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

60-calorie row
50 hanging knee raises
40 wall-ball shots
30 cleans
20 chin-over-bar pull-ups

10-lb ball to 9-ft target, 65-lb cleans
14-lb ball to 10-ft target, 95-lb cleans

FOUNDATIONS VERSION:

Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

60 strokes on the rower
50 sit-ups
40 wall-ball shots
30 cleans
20 push-ups

6-lb ball to 9-ft target, 35-lb cleans*
10-lb ball to 10-ft target, 45-lb cleans*

*The load is a suggested starting point. If you are completing all of the tests in the foundations division, you are free to decrease or increase the load as your skill level allows.
