2 Back Squats

Time to go a little heavier than last week (but not as heavy as next week). You’ll have a good amout of recovery time in between sets. For newer members who are just getting more comfortable with the bar, perfrom sets of five rather than two. The reason for this is to build up some strength endurance and have a little more exposure to reps and volume under the bar. Maxing out as a newbie won’t look or feel good.

Pick a pace and keep moving during this workout. PRO TIP: The closer you do your burpees to the bike, the less rest and transition time you’ll have 🙂
