A. E2:00 x 5 sets
2 deadlifts
2 strict HSPU
2 strict C2B pullups

B. 15 min. AMRAP
10 deadlifts @155/225#
10 HSPU (or dbl bell S2OH)
12/10 cal echo

Workout Notes: Part A is building on the deadlifts from last week. Build to a heavy set of 2 reps. You will also do 2 strict HSPU (add a deficit if needed) and 2 strict chest to bar pullups (add weight if you are able). Challenge yourself with weights and variations. You will get lots of rest. Repeat for 5 sets.

Part B is a 15 minute AMRAP. Try to keep movements unbroken. Use the transitions between movements as your rest. Sub a double DB or KB push press in place of HSPU if needed.
