Clean Complex: 5 sets of 3 reps (Power Clean + Hang power clean + hang squat clean)
5 Rounds for Time
10 Burpees
15 Kettlebell Swings (35/50#)
20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
This week is a little bit of a deal load week, but that doesn’t mean we still can’t do some cleans. Today we’re hitting a bit of a complex with cleans. Build to, and through your working sets.
Part B. has a little volume in it over five rounds. Pace yourself and move consistently through it. .
