3 Hang Power Snatches
2 Hang Power Snatches & 1 Hang Squat Snatch
On a 2:30 clock, perform one of the above complexes. If you have overhead limitations, perform cleans instead. Build as you progress though your sets.
*Perform front squats if overhead isn’t an option.
