Workout Notes/Intentions: You will perform this 5 min AMRAP for a total of 5 times; resting 3 minutes between each one. You will start back at the beginning every AMRAP. The goal is to be consistent with your efforts and have scores that are similar each AMRAP. Deadlift weight should be doable unbroken- make sure it is not an overly challenging weight. You can sit down and rest on your box during the rest portion. Try to move for the entire 5 minutes of each AMRAP.
