Workout Intentions: This is a longer workout. Take very short breaks on wallballs, quick sets of 10 if needed. Aim to do the same for pullups, taking short rest and chipping away at the reps. During your rest, try to walk around and bring your heartrate down. Pace the bike at a moderate rate, and steady on the burpees, picking up that pace as you get into the last 10-15 reps. Finish strong on this one!
