11/15 Kcal Row
9 Burpee Box Overs
7/10 Kcal ECHO
5 Ring Dips
3 Bar Muscle Ups (or 3 burpee chest to bar pull ups)

Person one will perform one full round then person two will go. With the workout being 30 min and alternating partners for each round, intensity should be high and reps unbroken.
