20 weighted russian twists
B. 6 min AMRAP
400m run
max rep devils press in time remaining @30/40#
Workout Notes: Part A is a 20 minute circuit. Move through at your own pace, no scores will be recorded. Coach will go over variations for the single leg squats.
Part B is a short metcon. Buy-in with a 400m run and then accumulate max rep devils press in the time remaining. Score is number of devil’s press. Work hard for that short 6 minutes!
