30 min circuit
5 ring dips
30 second handstand hold/walk
5/leg cross over step ups
10 dbl KB rows
10 dbl KB front squats

Workout Notes: We have a 30 minute circuit today. No rounds or reps will be scored, just move consistently and challenge yourself with weights and variations. For the crossover step ups, use DB’s or KB’s to add weight. For the double KB rows, these will be like gorilla rows however bilateral instead of unilateral- both kettlebells touch the ground at the same time and move at the same time.
