Today’s workout has a little toes to bar skill work. Work on your skill to your highest standard even if that’s not the one you can sustain in the workout.

Part B is some skill and practice with your skill and a build to the weights you’ll use in “Joker” if you want to go slightly above your deadlift weight for the workout, you’re more than welcome to.

“Joker” is an ascending ladder of toes to bar and a descending ladder of deadlifts. You should be able to do your bigger sets of deadlifts in 1-2 sets (rounds of 10, 9, 8) If you’re needing to perform singles the whole way through, you’ve gone too heavy.
