5 Deadlifts at 75-80% of 1RM

B.
For Time:
21-15-9 (cap 13)
Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
Handstand Push-ups or DB push press 

Today we’re hitting five sets of five deadlifts on a three-minute clock. Aim to hit 75 to 80% of your one rep max if you have an idea of what your numbers are.
Part B. is for time. Choose a weight, you can perform a minimum of 10 unbroken reps with. Your handstand, push-ups or variation should be completed within 2-3 sets for your round of 21.
