10 single DB hang C&J @50/70#

Workout Notes: todays workout is 3 or 5 rounds for time, with two minutes of rest following each round. Dumbbell weight is very heavy today; even if you are not using RX weight, choose a weight that is heavier than usual.  Watch your individual test times. Record just your final time to the whiteboard. If you’re a newer member and will be pacing yourself, perform three rounds for time instead of five 🙂
