Workout Notes: This is our last week of 5×5 front squats. Building again from previous weeks if you were here for the front squats, try to go heavier. Next week we will be transitioning to heavy back squats.

Part B is a 1:1 work to rest ratio. Set up equipment so that skipping starts near the TV, barbells are a step forward and then you finish at the rig for the t2b. Record the number of t2b you get each round. You can do 2 heats if classes are large since work and rest are both 3 minutes. Aim for consistency across your 3 rounds.
