Workout Notes: We are going to be doing heavy sets of 3 back squats for the next few weeks, once a week. Build to a challenging set of 3 reps to complete your sets. One set every 3 minutes for 5 sets total. Sit and rest between sets.

Part B will be a 5 minute AMRAP of 10 goblet squats and 50 DU or 75 single skips. Keep reps unbroken and transitions quick. Rest 3 minutes. Then do 5 rounds of the same movements and reps for time. Note your score for the AMRAP and your finish time for the 5RFT.
