Thursday 11-11-21 Remembrance Day WOD “Lest We Forget”
This workout is to commemorate all of the soldiers that died in battle and still fight today.
Thank you to all of those who have served or continue to serve. Lest we forget.
This workout is to be done in teams of two or three, you go, I go style. Athlete one must complete the 11 thrusters before athlete two completes all the pull-ups. The goal of this workout is to complete all the 11 reps in an unbroken fashion. Choose weights that you’ll be able to complete every set straight through. For teams of three, two of the partners will go synchro.
